i thought that they cheated though, doesn't a chunk of the ground come up with him. and ben is most definitely in the 100-500 level. he is on par with colossus as far as we know.

and there does come a point where the amount of strength that a character has doesn't matter, like with galactus. whether his strength is limitless or not, it doesn't matter because he hardly ever needs to use brute force,a nd he is an essential part of the universe with an unlimited power source. ie he doesn't need strength.
