the problem with kids is that their parents dont or wont spank them..they just put them in "time-out" like its supposed to work. Its not the kids fault...its the parents.

someone with a lot of patience and lots of love to give ... the girl is obviouslly troubled and needs to be tended to. there are people who care enough to not through her to the curb because she is disturbed.
