SPB, ok, regarding his power that we know about, he has proven he can humiliate anyone including the GLC in combat(plus 1 for Superboy's death for putting up a decent fight), push planets around the galaxy, somehow immune to magic ("it tickles"😉, he's basically PC Superman and that's all that needs to be said regarding his power.
Darkseid himself is not only freakishly powerful but he controls one of the most technilogicallly advanced planets in the galaxy. Tons of resources available to him other than his own strength.
That's exactly why the weakest incarnation of Spectre toyed with him and turned him into a mouse, right? He's high skyfather at best.
