Zero Hour Parallax wipes him out of existence, wins 10/10. He was really uber in that. Post-ZH Parallax wins 6/10 in a good fight.

Well even Post-ZH, in GL Rebirth, Parallax was still able to overpower a weak HJ Spectre. So i think he can take a slight majority over RKT as well.
