Blackbolt vs. The Flash

so umm who wins?

hm, black bolt does have some high speed reactions, but none on par with flash. Unless BB has some pre-cog that i seem to be forgetting, he loses. But flash could actually be killed by the scream that accompanies black bolts death, no joke

Blackbolt for the win, he has tagged Surfer before i dont see why he cant tag Flash...

I can see him tagging flash if he isint moving at max speed, but if he is, nope

the ONLY way flash is winning this fight, and perhaps alot of his fights is his sheer speed. in any other scenario, bb would rip flash in half

BB is very durable, but its a matter of if BB can get off the ground before flash can speedsteal, IMP or any other of flashes rediculous feats to BB. PERHAPS, BB could put up a shield before flash could IMP him, but thats a BIG if

So you would have to see on panel evidence like surfer punching hundreds of time a sec for you to think he blitzes?
Blitzing is not in his fighting style, but this thread isnt about surfer.

In thirty years of being in existence, he doens't have a combat speed feat over Flash or even Superman. He's more powerful, and has faster travelling speeds (than Superman, but not Flash), but he doesn't speedblitz. Flash's top speeds are actually over Surfer, plus he speedblitzes like hell. Black Bolt goes down here.
