I doubt that a dumpster weighs anywhere near a ton (maybe around 600-800lbs.). It would have to have some serious heavy sh@# in it to be a ton. Cap has done similar feats like this too.

Class 100 guys who weigh less than 800lb. don't have glue on their feet. They can be easily picked up, thrown, and even knocked on their a@# by peak humans. Both cap and bats has done it a billion times. Durability is the ability to resist damage and not the ability to be knocked down (Juggernaut has even been knocked down and he is absolutely indestructible).

Momentum=mass x velocity. Since wolverine's leg is weighted (due to the adamantium) and adamantium has no give (the momentum won't be conserved) and wolverine is pretty fast (good velocity) then he should easily kick the rock in the air. Most likely it will break though.

Hulk weighs half about half a ton. And I'm pretty sure that I can knock down a half-ton Hulk statue (with or without a table) unless it had glue on its feet.
