Spider-Man vs Fantastic Four
I don't think this has ever been done and I'm somewhat curious.
Standard forum rules besides the additional stipulations below.
Fight in Manhattan, begins outside the Baxter Building. No prep.
A. Classic Spider-Man
B. Iron Spider-Man
1. CIS is on.
2. CIS is off.
So the permutations are A1, A2, B1 and B2.
Who wins in each of these scenarios, and how many times /10?

A1: 2/10
A2: 0/10
B1: They could have him take out Ben by choking him with the suit 4/10
B2: 2/10

Elaborate on B2?

He's invisible for one. Suit gives him resistance to flames, so short of going Nova Torch won't be able to hurt him. And with CIS off he's moving as fast as he can to take out Sue. And none of the FF have any means to detect him when he's invisible so thats a definite edge here. One punch to take out Sue and Johnny, choke out Ben and then flip around Reed till he tires

Spider-Man is going to punch the Invisible Woman who'd also likely be invisible, and is inside an invisible forcefield that can take hits from Cl100s.
I'm pretty sure Thing can survive in space, so I'm not sure how dependent he is on oxygen.
He can't hurt Mr Fantastic at all.
But foremost, CIS off there's absolutely nothing to stop Torch going nova. 😬

Spidey's suit has infra-red so going invisible won't help.
Venom almost killed Ben with his tongue. Spider-man's suit is liquid metal. He can accomplish the same.
No he can't hurt Mr. Fantastic
If Sue has the other members of the FF under a forcefield then no nothing is preventing that.
