He had to learn and isolate the specific radiation wave which weakened Hyperion , consequently he would have to do the same with the particular brand of kryptonite which weakens SBP. Unfortunately this is impossible due to SBP's Krypton having been destroyed by their red sun Rao instead of simply exploding.
IF Zemo is powerful enough to deal with SBP (Which I doubt purely due to SBP's speed and raw power output) then he may have a slight chance . Otherwise though the Thunderbolts will be going home in body-bags.
Yeah, but all they did was make a giant barrier in space. They were just slowing him down not trying to hurt him. I think if all the Green Lanterns blasted him at the same time it would've taken him out.
The thunderbolts attack to distract him, Radioactive Man starts emitting Red Sun radiation to weaken him and Zemo finishes him off.

To a certain degree I agree however DC speedsters are the bane to Marvel folks and SBP could irridicate some folks just using speed before they can do anything to him.

You're not considering the fact that SBP could take them out in minimal time before RM can do much, or that he could go straight after RM first, and there's nothing the rest could do to stop that.

and also remember there is a limit to the extent of radiation that radioactive man can replicate and produce
