actaully even in durability punisher is less then capt. capt muscles are more dense and so is his bones meaning he has greater durability. all punisher has is high pain tolerences.
I dont think Cap has denser bones. True hes more muscular than Frank, but hed probably feel a punch just as anyone else would, although hed withstand the pain better than most as well. Its hard to say whos more durable. Cap does wear mail on his uper body compared to Franks body protector which is highly durable itself.
