Well, in book six, he's sixteen. And that is legal age for Canadians. ST never made it clear if she was talking about the books or the movies, so there is a chance that she is actually playing it straight here.

I've only been compared to a celebrity one or two times that I can remember.
The first one I can remember is my friend and i discussing what celebs our racks look like(I cant remember who mine looked like)
and someone told me I looked like a certain sexy singer, but I didnt see it.
