Yes, he got it after becoming a herald in Planet Bastion (you've got scans of it bran Posted) and his always had it since then until his untimely death at the hands of Annihilus scientest, Ive got proof...lol

Without outside power ups, Stardust trumps Morg. Of the mainstream heralds I'd say Surfer, Stardust, Morg.

Galactus did make him but he was never a Herald, Galactus even said this himself, Fallen one is the first herald.

I never knew Superman was a herald. Can someone shed some light on this?

Has everyone forgoten about Preceptor? Galactus stated that he gave Preceptor a larger portion of the power cosmic then any of his previous heralds.

He was able to shield from Galactus blast, and then was able to completely drain Galactus.
