Poison Talons, ability to fly, and strength enough to put up a good fight against Thing and Thor.

Darkoth wins.
Darkoth's power would actually make Hulk weaker, since it can take energy from him, and make him lethargic.
He can become intangible, can teleport, had 3 different attacks with his horns, calming ray, blasts and fire.
And, that is WITHOUT the Soul Sword.

isnt Darkoth only in the class (50) range? if so Hulk wins easily regardless of Darkoth's other tricks

If that was the case, then Odin with his official class 60 strength, would be getting whooped by a lot of folks.

Darkoth was giving Thor a run for his money before Thor drained the evil out of him.

The only way Savage Hulk can drain the evil out of Darkoth, is with his lips.
