But isn't Zoom not actually faster than Wally? He's only able to jump through time so that he's always one step ahead of Wally. Even though they look similar, those two techniques are both very different, in my opinion. Technically, Wally is soooooooo much faster than Zoom, correct?

I'd like to see Zoom fight other JLA'rs then the Flahs and how come we haven't seen him or Sinestro or Bizzaro since Crisis?
