I say 100% confident he might own Silver Surfer.

He makes it to Surfer with ease. From there it could go either way. He either stops at Surfer or makes it to Beyonder and gets wiped out immediately.

I don't see him getting past Surfer.

He stops 10/10 at Surfer, it's a no contest, since Surfer can exploit his weakness.
After that, Surfer continue the gauntlet and goes to 9.

Gladiator does not have a chance against surfer. He has a raiation weakness and surfers ability to transmute energy from any plane would work nicely against him
