I've loved this song ever since I saw the "ASIENCE" Hair Commercial (only aired in Japan) which first featured a clip of this song in the background back in October.
There's been like 4-5 "ASIENCE" commercials featuring this song. Nobody knew factually whether or not it was Utada singing in the commercial but being that her voice is pretty distinctive, people, including me, were pretty sure it was and later we learned from Utada herself on her personal blog and from other sources that it was actually her singing in the commercial.
This song was released for Radio Play just this past January 7, 2008 and shot straight to #1 on the first day.
This song by the way is the "B-Side" of Utada's upcoming Feb 20th Single release. The "A-Side" is titled "HEART STATION" and a 45 sample of the song, the first hearing of the song ever, will be released around Jan. 21st when the Chaku-Uta downloads begin.

Utada usually appears on the cover of all of her singles (albums as well), usually a close up of her face, so this is a bit different for her. Personally, I wouldn't have minded another close up of her face on the cover.
In case some haven't put together the connection. This single is being released around Valentine's Day.......is titled "HEART STATION" (the leading single on the 2 singled track).......and the Cover Art features a picture of a HEART. Yeah.......pretty obvious.....but just in case it's not for some.

Guess who is in the bear. By the way, the bear is an Enlarged version of her dear "Kuma Chang", the name she gave her beloved Teddy Bear, which she has made public knowledge again and again. So in Japan, her fans immediately get this commercial and know how much Utada adores her Teddy Bear and why he's in it.
Oh yeah. The name of the Commercial is: "PON PON Kumachan"
The music playing is "HEART STATION", being that it's the lead single, but "Stay Gold" is also on the Single as well.
And yeah........Utada just cut her hair even shorter. I was mad, but it's cute though. She also just dyed it brown.

I was kind of on the fence as to whether I should put this up or not.
It's Utada's "Keep Tryin" Music Video, but a member has added their own fake lyrics to it.
These Lyrics are funny at times. Immature and Juvenile and times, and down right Disrespectful and Vulgor at times.
