This fight has too many variables you didn't touch on. Is there prep? Standard weapons? etc.

Batman is going to die in a fight with Thing

You didn't give them prep, but I still think Batman and Black Panther win. BP studied the Fantastic Four long enough to beat them in a prep match, so he still retains some of that knowledge. Batman has a teleportation device on his belt so they can hop around while they plot strategies. I know for sure that Thing can smell, so Bruce's sleeping gas pellets could potentially take him out.

There are other factors you failed to mention: if this is night time, I'm sure Batman and BP will be stealthy and evasive enough to avoid damage at all.
