In my book, it doesn't matter how well you can debate for.. Let's say who'd win. Hulk or Juggernaut, as in the end it comes down to a personal preference. A "good" debater realizes that other people have opinions too, and knows when to back down.
It's also quite useless to debate if you're not familiar with the characters.. Who cares wether you're a good debater or not? This is only an internet forum.. And how do you define a good debater?
