My opinion remains the same. Bullseye knows how good Elektra and Daredevil are, a large factor in why he performs so well against them. He hasn't fought Wolverine to my knowledge. He has a chance of taking a majority, but his inexperience with Wolverine gives an advantage to Wolverine, despite the stipulations favoring Bullseye.

Meh....from 90 feet Logan takes it 10/10. He doesn't even need a HF or Adamantium for Christ sakes he dodges missiles and bullets as easily as a normal person counts to five..always has had this ability. Or he could just block everything BE throws at him with his claws...or catch it and throw it back?? LOL. Logan's no slouch when it comes to throwing sharp objects - he once stacked darts on top of one another in a game of darts. LOL. Seriously, if you take EVERYTHING into consideration, BE gets slaughtered. Then again..he's fought DD and Elektra at the same time, so he might actually have something to go on in a close encounter..however, even if he gets some close range strikes in, Logan will still most likely win unless BE scores a fluke shot to the throat Daredevil fashion. I know I sound like a fanboy, but if people are going to argue about a character, they should at least be aware of EVERYTHING that such a character is capable of.
Now if Bullseye could perhaps throw faster than bullets...or know somehow where Wolverine would end up when he dodged, THEN I could see more potential for a win, but as it is, it's just not happening. Not under these conditions.
Ok fellas, answer me one thing PLEASE. We're all intelligent people, but lets think for one second. Wolverine's bones are made of virtually unbreakable metal. HOW MUCH DO THEY WEIGH ? ? ? No offense to any Wolverine fans(i know there's alot of you), but in all of these threads Logan gets MEGA props. I mean come on, people act like he's unbeatable! I've read this and read that about how Logan is this fast and stuff, but he has metal bones! He should be class 25 just to able to run!!!!

He weighs 300lbs with Adamantium. You think he needs to class 25 to run? Its not like he is vastly over the weight limit of a human, he doesn't even a weigh 100 pounds more than I do (granted I'm 6'2 and Wolverine is 5'4 but still)...

I make you right-carrying all that weight would make Loogan stronger-his muscles woyld adapt the same way a normal humans would to the extra exercise-even more so with his efficient physiology

Many people chalk this up to another rule called CIS PIS & Jobbing. Unfortunately there is no real barrier to show what IS CIS (PIS/JOBBING) and what is not. So people end up in an endless debate...

I dont know about that but when you have posters saying that Wolverine didnt eat or sleep before he fought cap in Origins when he was shown resting and with a new set of clothes before he fought Cap and using excuses such as Wolverine HF was depleted due to jet-lag...whats the point?
Wolverines Hf is always depleted and hes never 100 percent.
