IIRC, a lightning bolt can range form 10 to 120 million volts. I've also read a report where they stated that a lightning bolt could reach up to 200 million volts.

Nah, it's only hotter then the surface of the sun. The heat it puts out is generated by Sun in about 0.00000000000000000000000000000000001 seconds, if not less. 🙂
