who would win between these 2 characters that seemingly have complete mastery over time?

Hourman never really learned to use the Worlogog as well as others such as Metron or Extant. Also Hourman lacks the imagination and creativity to fully utilize it.

i agree that he couldnt wield it as some of the others could, but thanos didnt have mastry over the time gem either, so i figured it would be a more even fight

The stuff he did in the first issue of his series was more impressive than what Thanos did with the time gem.

well in hourman's case it dosent because he couldnt harness it to its fullest
