80s Movie

I remeber watching a movie in the late 80s. It was one of those college prankster movies. The only part i really remember was that this guy took a tube of super glue, made it look like some kind of penis enlargement cream and got some guy to use it. Well the guys hand ended up getting stuck to his penis and he was running all over the college like that. Does anyone remember this movie and what it was called?

I know its not Porkys cause i own it. I know its not Amercan Pie 2 cause that way to new. Remeber i watched this film back in the 80s.
