We'd need a specific limit on Tick's durability. Since we don't have it, we can't say for sure....and this will devolve into pointless Logan bashing probably (unfortunately).

His official bio states "nigh-invulnerable" but no one knows what that means. And the comic is more concerned with story, character, and humor than actual power level....so consequently, no, we can't say whether or not it's completely 'true'.

My guess would be that Tick takes this. He has sick durability regardless...and it's doubtful Logan would be able to pierce him well enough to really damage him. He also has a few feats that put him at least at Class 50, and probably close to or slightly above class 100.
