Classic Cable vs Occulus
Classic Cable vs Occulus
I give The Son of The Goblin Queen the edge.
Occuluss achilles heel is Energy.
Cable's TK should disrupt OC's mystic energy field as decoded through the ancient lasers/sensors in his Techno Organic Left Eye which are known to operate on multiple possibly infinite wavelengths.
his askani/mystic aura which has held strong against Belasco, Sym, enables him to levitate and futher provides a permanant unseen forcefield will take the sting off OC's blasts should his tk forcefields falter.
A post hypnotic suggestion & Occuluss drops his shield for a second, futuristic Askani hand canon does the rest.

CC' fought the Harbinger of Apocalypse with the power of instantaneous evolution to a standstill, saving New York City & the Avengers, IM Thor Vision Wonderman Cap
During Onslaught CC' beat Hulk from Green to Gray took Hulks worst and kept going
CC' beat the Cr*p outta Nate Grey then Restitched his mind. Nice.
CC' temporarily w/o powers or artillery kept Lee Forester alive, went to Limbo & left after owning Despero, Belasco & Sym who thought he was an easy mark. Tsk Tsk
Post Dreams End CC', Rogue & Storm rescuing a plane & tanker caught in a hurricane [too strong even for an injured Storm who passed out] CC' cleaved a path through an advancing wall of 300ft tidal waves travelling at 200 Knots, while Telepathically saving a drowning Rouge
