Yes. 😐 Unless Toad's enhancements make him weaker than a regular human (since Arthur's still just a dude in a moth suit that half of us could beat up).

The fight:
Arthur starred into the evi Toads eyes. Toad mocked him with his tongue, Arthor pulled himself together.
Arthur in a scared tone: I arent afraid of you!
Toad jumps on him and sits on him, licking on his face and laughs.
Arthur: Tick, heeeelp!
Arthur realises he is alone,and figures out that Toad from the cartoons is actually WEAKER than ordinary people! Then, Arthur grabs Toads tongue.
Arthur: Take that, your slimy bully!
Toad screams: Arrgh, i giv up, i give up!
