No.No they cannot.Aquaman...will find himself floating face up on the inside of 2 seconds.Namor will last a bit longer...like 3.5 seconds.This is the definition of a "curbstomp".

Good Lord. Namor is the only thing preventing this thread to be a complete spite match. And he don't bring a lot to the table.

My take is that Superman completly dismantle Namor, and then proceed to do things to Aquaman that we won't discuss here.
