If you literally mean images, then the uploader won't allow anything that exceeds the set forum dimensions. You'll need to open the image in a program such as Paint, if that's all you have, and resize it 🙂
Alternatively you can also upload the image to somewhere like photobucket.com or imageshack.us and then copy/paste the url link provided from there to one of your posts here. But make sure the image is a suitable size or it'll warp the page when you post it and that's not appreciated.
