deathstroke vs midnighter

both are in full uniform with their standard weapons.live at madison square garden no one can get out of the ring till one is dead. they both know everything about eachother and have had 2 weeks to prepare for the fight.

MN'er is like DS 2.0. Slade's better with prep, but he gets owned in single combat. If it's standard weapons, Slade still loses even with prep because he'd need one helluva plan to take down MN'er and most of his standard weapons won't really get the job done.

Hella good fight! Mad close fight,but in the end ,IM giving it ,just barely to Deathstroke.He's a genius tactician,whereas the midnighter is just a cybernetically enhanced brawler.He has amazing combat skills, but it's because he has a micro computer basically making his body react to external stimuli.(im am such a friggin geek)with deathstroke ,its all natural baby. His healing factor would buy him enough time to devise a strategy that would eventually overcome the midnighter. bruised broken, missing teeth and ready for a long vacation,its deathstroke.
