depends on how far apart they are.. if there close, omega will get him before he able to take the visor off.
Besides omega could survive if blasted without the visor, he took a nuke and was still alive.

Why does Cyke need to go all out immediately? He can easily blast the hell out of Omega Red with his normal blasts, keeping OR VERY far away from him. Then, when he is far enough, he takes the visor off. No more Omega Red. Or at least a KOed one.
