Sidious, Dooku & Anakin (ROTS) vs. Jacen & Jaina (NJO)

Will the Sith triumph over the Jedi twins?

Hmm, Jacen could probably take on Dooku and Sidious for a while. Anakin would probably end up slaying Jaina. I would Jacen killing Dooku and perhaps Sidious, but then losing to Anakin who joins the Sith trio after killing Jaina.

I don't know exactly how strong the twins are in NJO but by Legacy I could see Jacen alone doing this but with trouble. But, like I said, I dunno about NJO.

FP Anakin = LoTF Luke
FP Anakin = 2 Darth Sidious's
Since Luke > Jacen, I would say Jacen= Sidious + Anakin

Jaina is somewhat powerful, but Anakin can defeat her.

Therefore, Jacen would have a hard duel against Sidious and Dooku, and can kill Dooku and maybe Sidious. But before this, he also gets attacked by Anakin and then he loses after a very tough fight.

Putting any characters from NJO results in NJO character winning.

No, they're not. Tahiri, Jaina, Anakin and Coron...most of the prominent Jedi short of Luke have nothing that puts them miles above anyone else. Hell, put Sidious, Yoda and some PT Jedi as well as Ancient Jedi/Sith and they'd fair pretty damn well. Even Kyp's controlling a single Dovin Basel is nothing that special when compared with feats of Force power seen by other people. It is only NJO Luke who has a massive boost in power.

90% of the Jedi in the NJO have abilities with the lightsaber that are extremely watered down when compared with those of the PT.

Jacen is actually more powerful than Kyp Durron...in both Force and especially lightsaber. He could defeat Dooku If he went all out, I beleive.
I have to say, I don't know about Sidious though.

And yeah, Anakin would take Jaina apart limb by bloody limb...

If Anakin and Sidious teamed up against Jacen though...I don't think he would be able to win over that...
