I forgot to mention, a similar move that predates this one is the "Stinky Hitler", it is the same in all aspects as the "Dirty Sanchez" with the exception that the 'doo-doo' line is made vertically under the nose, mimicking a Hitler moustache. I think it was forgotten due ot it's un-PC'ness.
