make these TOP priority. most horror fans on here would say the same i think.
Halloween 1 and 2: brilliant horror movie. watch the 2nd one also as it carrys on right after the end of the first.
Evil Dead - damn classic, you have to see this. no excuses
The Thing - One of my all time fav's, CLASSIC.
Night of the living dead - this is where the flesh eating began, terrific movie, the remake is very good too.
Dawn of the dead - screw the remake, watch this. superb entertainment, if you wont like this then id suggest giving up on horror. the music score is one of the main highlights. Check out day of the dead to complete the trilogy. it is also excellent.
Alien - scary and claustrophobic, can you say classic? if slow paced filsm are not to your liking then you might not enjoy this as much as the sequel:
Aliens: bigger budget, more action. surpasses the original in many ways.
Phantasm very creepy movie. great music score. unique. they dont make em like this anymore.CLASSIC
american werewolf in london cant remember you saying thay u have seen this solo. best werewolf movie ever in my opinion. mixes scares with humour and will not fail to entertain. CLASSIC
braindead aka dead alive goriest movie ever? probably. very funny movie from peter jackson. not very scary but its a must see.
demons what can be more entertaining then watching a bunch of people fighting a bunch of demons in a cinema complex? not much i tell you. what fun this movie is.
exorcist i dont need to say much about this.
hellraiser scary movie, terrifying monster. it will tear your soul apart for sure! classic. warning though..slow paced. the sequel moves along faster.
zombie flesh eaters great zombie movie by the master of gore, lucio fulci! love the music score. classic.
jacobs ladder psychological horror at its best. this will creep you out.
dead and buried do not go to potters bluff! cult classic. must watch.
the fog john carpenter(halloween) brings another classic horror. great atmosphere, spooky film overall.
the omen slow paced movie, but very creepy and an all time classic.
lost boys most entertaining vampire flick around.
interview with the vampire excellent excellent movie.
near dark underated vampire movie. probably one of the best ever.
they live not strictly horror but still fantastic viewing pleasure! you will sail through this movie and love every minute.
candyman a rare good movie from the 90's. classic
tenebre if you want to watch great horror/thrillers then you must check out dario argento's movies. tenerbre is one of my favourites of his.
creepshow 5 tales of terror! directed by george romero(dawn of the dead) great fun to watch.
cannibal apocalypse we need a cannibal movie in here. i reccomend this one.
the brood a david cronenberg movie is needed also. this is one of his best.

I'll make sure I finish the entire list. I hold your recommendations to high regard, and I'll make sure I see those you mentioned, that I haven't seen, first. A few of the classics you recommended I have seen i.e.

About "Underworld" though, I've own "Underworld"
for some reason and never got around to seeing it. But "Stay Alive", it's obviously not a top priority, but Adam Goldberg is in it, and he's great.
