I'm not debating the Green Lantern corps in general. I'm simply noting this Kyle Rayner, with his power over the color yellow, is far too much like the new, invincible Wolverine.

Of course he has. Its a comic book. Silver Surfer about ='s a GL and he has fallen. Not ALL characters are total gods (wolverine). They are however extremely powerful cosmics (since hey they ARE the cosmic army)
