OK you guys speaking of breaking the code. This is of topic but is something interesting I noticed in both movies.

Did any of you guys noticed that in both movies J/L were the only ones that didn't kept to the code, that if a pirate falls behind it's left behind.
Well Liz in the first movie scape and saves Jack's crew, that were held as prisoners in the Black Pearl, she then goes by herself to save Jack and Will. And the same thing happens with Jack at the end of DMC he came back to the pearl and he saved the crew, 😉 Liz? who knows, but he came back 😄.
Therefore, on the other hand in potc1 when Will and Jack were in the cave and they were trying to save Liz, will hits him in the head w the stick, anyways long story short, when will/liz returned to the boat the crew asked for Jack, Will's respond was "he felled behind". Anyways it kind of made me wonder, who's the real pirate?

I think they have actually made a mess out of them to be honest..in all my years of studying movies this franchise has totally made a mess of itself..

and I think they might know it..

hence the fact they suddently changed the ending and how they are now making 2 more movies..and some of the characters will remain and others not..for example Orlando

i think they kind of planned this for will/orlando. since orlando is not planning to do no more pirates and they need jack liz together so the only way was actually killing Will 🙁 but the biggest reason probably si since orlando is not planning to be on anymore pirates sequel. so they had to do somehitng for wills character.

IMO they thought they could do what they did with movie 1..have it end up a nice Will/Liz relationship because we would want it..and all Jack did was help it along..well that worked fine and dandy with movie 1..but what if Jack had KISSED Elizabeth on the beach and it ended up Will/Liz??

...think about it..they totally screwed up with the trilogy because IMO they thought they could do it again..have Jack "help" them mature but no way would that work after that kiss and all the chemistry..who the heck is going to care about Will/Liz after that kiss?

and IMO they actually thought most people would WANT will/Liz to get back together and mature..all I have to say is T&T mutsa been smokin some crack that day

I listen to you..but my heart is gone now..I dont care about this trilogy anymore..the magic has gone now that I know Jack Sparrow loses out to Will Turner.

It made DMC so magical to me..that Jack was actually showing some actual depth and that he could care and have a kind heart towards a woman..and he just totally backtracks in AWE..i hate it

it's ruined for me b/c will dies! gah! WTF MAN!

i feel the same...im trying to help but they are too busy gicving spoilers and not facts. We really should wiat for may 25. nad im sure that this wont dissapoint us.

okay guys, i have something that MIGHT be good news.

I stopped by disney world this afternoon to pick up some tickets for a friend (i live in orlando) and my friend who works for disney just got back into town. he was an extra in 3... he filmed last spring in the bahamas and has been back for a while, but he went to LA for some reshoots where they needed extras.

when he first got back, he had no news.
but this time, he said he had some possible ending spoilers for me.

he wasnt in the final scenes, but talking to some crew people, he got several hints.

1. the will ending where he plans to stab the heart is correct, BUT there are some other twists that may or may not be kept in the final draft.

there is a possibility that Tia will see Will's heroism and take pity on him, and grant him an immortal life with her.

there is a possibility that Will's father will step in last minute and prevent Will from doing that, instead stabbing the heart himself.

and my friend also threw around some hints about Beckett getting what he deserves, Tia having a very unexpected role in the final scenes, and the fact that as of now, the movie ends on a high note, in a positive way.

i dont understand any of this. just thought perhaps it might bring some hope for us.

THE ONLY REASON HE TOOK THESE SEQUALS IS BECAUSE HE BELIEVES IN THEM...AND FRANKLY I TRUST JOHNNY!! I TRUST HIM A LOT...THE MOVIE WILL BE WHAT IT WILL BE!
