I’m a huge DP fan but he isn’t going to do squat to Omega beside tick him off. The Death Factor will pretty much be mute and Omega would just beat him down instead.

Not sure of Red's powers will work on DP.

Red wraps DP in his tentacles, and drains him of his life force. Even DP doesn't pass out (which he will) or even if he doesn't weaken significantly (which, once again, he will), he won't be strong enough to get free.
