Same, but she has far more abilities such as she can speed up objects and rip them apart, hypnotism light, etc....

Any speedforcer can do the molocule speed up thing.

Not sure if any of you knew this, but Bart knows how to fly by waving his legs all crazy in hyperspeed. He's known that since the Impulse run a long time ago.

Yeah, but some have a higher level than others. I don't recall ever seeing Kid Flash stealing speed or speeding up an object

Yes, but he doesn't have the skill level as Wally, plus most of his abilities he doesn't even use anymore due to mental blocks.
