According to unconfirmed sources, Robert Downey Jr will start drinking again in order to prepare for his role as Tony Stark/Iron Man.

Robert has told his friends that the only way he can get into the head of Tony Stark is to get drunk everyday. However, he insists that he can control it this time and that he can stop drinking anytime he wants.

The director of the Iron Man movie has no problem with Robert drinking again,

"As long as he shows up for work on time and knows his lines, he can drink as much as he wants. If he doesn't work out we can always Mel Gibson, who will work for free."
