Yes he is underrated. The story wasn't the best ever, but as far as villains go, he was pretty cool. And powerful.

Going by that logic, the Hulk could give anyone a run for their money.

I don't see him taking down very many Celestials. Or Galan. Or abstracts. Or onslaught.

A good idea for the character was there, but the marvel writers just screwed it up, id rather get kicked in the balls then read that series again

Just to avoid misunderstandings : The Hulk that was fighting Onslaught, was fighting a weakened Onslaught, and was also protected from Onslaughts powerful telepathic and psionic attacks.

A normal Onslaught versus any Hulk : one thought, and Hulk kills himself.

And since Onslaught is one with Franklin at Celestial level . . .

Silver Surfer was not even coming close to using his full power. Not even close.

Hulk gets killed by SS no matter what incarnation IMO, strength just isn't enough to beat him. And Hulk only "beat" Onslaught because of all the help he got and resistance to psi attacks.
