well it kinda depends. Seeing as republicans are ussually right wing christian nuts they don't go hand in hand with gays. Some of their other views might but the party itself surely doesn't. So a gay person voting for them just doesn't make a lot of sense. It isn't impossible and some might because of other issues, but in general the sexuality of people really matters to them so not a lot of gay people will vote conservative.

There is a difference between facism and strict control. Facism covers lots of bases..."a very high degree of nationalism, economic corporatism, a powerful, dictatorial leader who portrays the nation, state or collective as superior to the individuals or groups composing it." I'd also through emphasis on the military in there.
