+ Very good depth
+ Lighting looks natural
+ Background looks like it was part of render to begin with 😛
+ Good focal point
- text looked pixelated
- I can't really make out the render in it even though I know it's there

+ I like how the background looks like it has a hole in it and is crumbling away
+ text works with render
+ Rounded edges
- poor render blending
- Inner glow around the edges

So, I'm gonna have to give the win to the overall better looking sig.
