He hears from Lou 'the Skin' about a funky-looking ninja lurking around Japantown, beating the crap out of several of the schoolgirl gangs roaming the area.
Guy decides to investigate. Fortunately, he finds said funky ninja at his dojo.
Nagase is in Metro City on a errand for her boss. Japantown is a small detour for her. Hearing about Guy and his Bushin Ninjitsu, she asks him for a match. Guy accepts.
