All welcome. jus one thing i ask. no bashing please unless it is directed at trolls then fire at will. ok so i weighed my self a couple of months ago n i was originally 13 stone 10. I Know! I'm 6' 1 1/2" any way when i weighed myself a couple of weeks ago i was 13 stone 4 and i just weighed my self and i'm 12 stone 13 w00t. i'm so happy.

SO now that i gloated about that how is everyone?
