He will, don't worry. When they retire his jersey it will be #8 because that is when he got his rings, unless he gets more.

what kind of # is 24, and why would he prefer that? 8 is such a better # imo.

Yeah. They have been talking about his jersey sales have been going down, its because everyone already has that jersey. But if he changes numbers Ill bet people will go and buy them and he'll be on the top again. I just hope this doesnt blow over, to tell you the truth, I think the # 24 is dumb. It looks ugly on the back of a jersey.
