Well, Spiderman isn't totally useless, he's class 10 compared to Batman's normal strength, he has much faster speed and reflexes, I'd say he'll take Batman out of the fight early.

The rest of the fight will be Superman and Thor stalemating each other while Wonder Woman takes out the Hulk, where upon it'll be Superman and Wonder Woman vs Thor and Spiderman which will quickly turn into Superman and WW vs Thor.

DC wins.

i agree DC get this one, and just for the rec, batman has tangled and beaten in hand to hand people at spidermans level of strength, i cant think of anyone at spidermans agility and so on tho?

Although Spidey is pretty superior to batman on the physical side, i don't think on the mental side he's on batman's level (battlefield planning and such), so although the general consensus would be that spidey would stomp bats, bruce has some tricks up his sleeve...

apart from those, i see either supes or ww keeping thor busy while the other takes down hulk, leaving a two on one situation...

so, DC... but by no means easily...
