Extant has no power over CA at all, Extant can go back in time all he wants to erase Cap, but it wont affect cap what so ever as CA is outside of time, his past has no connection to him.
Their is no past, present, or future, it is all one and simulatanious.
Time is but a thought, a dream, it is not real, it has no meaning and is not real to CA.

Extant once recreated the Universe when he absorbed the power of the Worlogog and the Mobius Chair.
And by the way The only people the didnt get ereased was the JSA casue they were at Vanishing Point at the time. So techinically he;s already won this fight once.

If you read CA you would know he is outside of the "time stream" and of the DCU, hes multiversal to put it simply. The abstraction of time means nothing to him, making and erasing universes on a whim CA was doing.
In JSA 11-13, Extant absorbed the power of the Worlogog and the Mobius Chair. He used all of hsi combined powers to remake the universe into one where the forces of Order and Choas battled each other endlessley. The ONLY Marvel characters other then Spectre and the Lords of Order and Chaos to not be changed was the JSA cause they were at Vanishing Point at the time.
