Darkseid would have to use the OE to win. On top of that it would have to be a different effect than the one that was used on Doomsday.

With the OE and SBP not blitzing then DS
With the OE and SBP blitzing then SBP

With that said, DS will want to use the OE 100% against SBP
But SBP might blitz him about 30% of the time.

So DS 7/10
