Furthermore being an elemental has nothing to do with being an Omega. Of the Omegas only Iceman is an elemental.

Limitless power is bullshit speculation.

And limitless power doesn't make one an Omega anyway.

What makes one an Omega is shown above. What makes Elixir an Omega?
