Ghost Rider is a little bit beyond these guys' league - Spidey might be able to avoid him for a while, maybe even land some punches, but ultimately he'd go down, in my opinion...

Wrong, he can't use the Penance Stare. He can still use his other abilities which far outclass these three. Spidey might be able to han for two minutes.

Damn alot of people seem to be assuming that ghost riders only weapon or form of attack is the penace stare.
