I don't think the speed advantage is enough to make a difference. He's certainly stronger though.

Ive got to give the win to CA, Both him and Maxima fought before and he absorb her psionic energy projection, i dont really know how he would go up against telepathic attacks of Johns caliber but Issue 42-43 he died someone took over his body but as soon as he got back it took him no effort to regain his body back..

Faster? I don't know about that. Atom was going ALREADY half the speed of light one instance, and was using quantum energy to amp his speed up more and more and was going around light speed before he stopped. He still had more energy to draw off of in order to keep going faster and faster (considering the quantum field's energy is limitless).

I'll give you strength, however theoretically, the same is possible for Nathaniel's strength considering he's amped it before with quantum manipulation. 😬

Atom takes it 7-8/10 imo.
