Well Hal as joined with The Spectre talked with Kyle about everything Kyle was doing. Kyle then asked if Hal would oppose him and Hal told him pretty much do what he wants and Hal later will have to do what he has to do. Kyle then looked away and Hal told him he knows what to do, Hal/Spectre then leaves, and Kyle leaves things the way they are. The Spectre HIMSELF is a angel joined with a human host, I don't think The Spectre would consider Ion in his league.
