Cosmic Extant vs. whitecrown Phoenix

Which one of these time and reality manipulators would win?

Extant can take out jean by erasing the say she was born or her parents meeting.

However there is nothing he can do to the White Crown Phoenix Force itself since it has no beggining and no end. He might be able to Bond with it but it might be too much for his energy absrobing ability.
